Job Description

Our client is seeking a technical professional with a strong background in the life sciences to support customer engagement, product development, technical support, and laboratory testing activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related field, along with 4+ years of hands-on wet lab experience. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys applying scientific knowledge to solve customer challenges, support product development initiatives, and work closely with both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products and applications to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with customers to define product specifications and communicate requirements to engineering and production teams.
  • Participate in new product development, testing, validation, and application-focused research.
  • Design and execute laboratory experiments, document findings, and contribute technical content.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, seminars, and customer-facing events.

Preferred Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of laboratory bench experience.
  • Experience in biotechnology, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or laboratory automation.
  • Knowledge of DNA and protein purification, assay development, next-generation sequencing (NGS), or related molecular biology techniques.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
